The Bill (Reg. No.0956) defines legal, economic and organizational relations associated with establishment and functioning of scientific parks founded under the higher education establishments of IV level of accreditation, and scientific institutions of Ukraine.
The Bill defines the aim and the procedure of establishment of a scientific park, its functions, priority orientations of activity, funding of activity, status, peculiarities of registration and implementation of scientific and technological, and innovation projects.
Moreover, the Bill specifies the procedure of granting a single benefit for import of new scientific, laboratory and testing equipment, component parts and materials that are not produced in Ukraine.
